It's easy to access your account on EQi

Even if your account was locked on Shareview, you can log in to EQi. For a step-by-step guide to the process, please see our log in guide.

If you know your log in details

Simply enter your current Shareview Dealing log in details when you first use EQi. After this, you will be asked to create a new eight-digit PIN for enhanced security that you will use ongoing.

If you have forgotten your PIN

On the EQi log in page select ‘Forgotten your PIN’ to generate a temporary PIN that will be sent you by email. After using the temporary PIN, you will be asked to create a new eight-digit PIN that you will use to log in to EQi ongoing.

If you have forgotten your username

If you have forgotten your username it may be your email address. Otherwise, you can call us on 0345 300 0430 or +44 121 415 0105 from overseas to retrieve your username.
