Logged-out too soon?

Did you know you can extend the time your EQi account stays logged in for? By default, your account will log out after 15 minutes of inactivity. However, you have the option to extend this to 60 minutes. To do so, simply navigate to ‘Alerts & Preferences’ under your profile to update your preference there.
